Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at GODISSS. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. We have package pickups from FedEx, UPS and USPS, so if you order before they pickup, it will ship that day. If your order is made after the daily pickup, it will ship the next business day. (we don't have pickups on Saturday or Sunday)

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Economy Shipping (slower) – Orders will take a little longer to get to you and are shipped via Post Office, UPS or FedEx . These can only be shipped to residential addresses. Transit time is 10-20 days, free shipping.

Standard Shipping (faster) – Depending on the weight of your package, we will ship your order via USPS Priority Mail, DHL, FedEx or UPS Ground. Transit time is 7-11 days. $18 USD shipping.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

WORTH Garden is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship outside the U.S. and all shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
